GB1PSG for JOTA 2018
Derek (G7LFC) and Alison (M6COV), members of the Quantum Technology Club, are both off to Porthmadog this weekend to help run the town’s Scout JOTA (Jamboree on the Air) event.

EMF Camp 2018 was enjoyed by more than 2,500 people and we were privileged to have run an amateur radio installation entitled “Communicating around the world without the Internet”.

G7LFC in top 10% of amateur radio operators
Derek, G7LFC, today climbed in to the top 10% of amateur radio operators around the globe taking part in the ARRL’s International Grid Chase.
G7LFC 6,000th amateur radio contact
That came around quick – 1,000 contacts have been added to the log in just over nine weeks.
